On mine I have to fabricate the whole trunk floor and the part where the rear body mounts are. Bought some old combine hoppers from a friend of mine, nice and heavy sheet metal its gonna take a while and I am not going to rush it. I plan on taking the body and making a device to roll it over to do the work underneath, that way I can do the floor, trunk, and undercoat it.

Make sure if that steel is galvanized you wear forced air respirator- zinc fumes can really mess you up... I put up your question on the ford galaxie club of america message board, but no replies yet on reproduction pans...did you try DVAP.com, to see what they'd charge for a clean cutout section? they are kinda high, but might save you some work...
