I nearly bought a '63 Galaxy (So he said) off a guy in Geelong once but it had been stuffed around with a lot.

It had a 302 and C4 Auto and a crappy paint job.

What do you run in yours and do you know what was standard in it?

Its still got the 289 and C4 in it at the moment but looking at bench building a 351 for it. Can send a full size photo if you want.

I have a real love for all those early '60's cars. I think it has something to do with the fact as soon as the mustang came along and started the "pony car" craze, everyone forgot about the full sized muscle cars.

I spent a bit of time when I was young tooling around in Pontiacs, Chevs and Fords of that era, plus had an uncle with pretty good looking Customline.
