swapping a 400 into a fairlane?

I'm asking this for my uncle, he found a Ford 400 c.i.d. from mid-70s Gran Torino and he would like to know hard hard it would be to fit that into a 1965 Fairlane.

Re: swapping a 400 into a fairlane?

The 400 is a taller Cleveland block, and they usually take the same engine mount as the Windsor so it shouldn't be a problem.
