Trying to locate my 68 Ford XL GT
I am trying to locate my 1968 Ford XL GT 428. Meadowlark Yellow with Black Vinyl roof and GT side stripes. Automatic with floor console and shiftr. Unique thing about the car is that it has a hang down air conditioner ARA and the console had to be cut to accomodate. The car was originally in Central Mississippi (Jackson area). Traded in 1971 to Jackson Dodge dealer (bad idea). Can not give all of the information on the data plate, but it did have a 64 DSO for New Orleans, it did have a Q code engine. I know this sounds very vague, but at the time, there were supposedly only two of these cars sold in Mississippi. This may narrow it down a bit. Anyone with information please contact me.
