HI, I'm thinking of purchasing a 1966 7 litre Ford Galaxie for a weekend driver. I'm roughly positive that the motor is a 428 FE (coil tag). Its a console car with an bucket seats and an automatic. The car has A/C, power steering, and is a black plate car. The car is in pristine condition for its age. The car has approximately 44,000 original miles and has been owned by two individuals. The undercarriage of the car is where you can see its age; its a little rough. Whats the value of this car. The collector car index says that a daily driver (good condition) is worth $9500.

Argentessa, If it is truly a low mileage original with the correct engine, buy it or let me know where it is so I can have a shot at it. Steve
