1969XL Registered User Join Date: Mar 2009 Location: MI Posts: 2	390 heat riser fit 429? Hi am new to forum and just purchased a 1969 XL convertible with the 4V 429 thunderjet. it is missing the heat shield/riser that goes to the snorkel. I know the 429/460 are the 385 family, not FE. I know of one for sale from a 390 and I wondered if I can make it fit or does anyone know anybody that sells them? Thanks, Jerry
