67 Galaxie 500 convertible - needs frame

Hello all,

I just bought a 67 Galaxie 500 convertible project. It's a fairly nice car but the frame is shot.

Will a 4dr frame work. Will a 68 frame work?

Thanks

You will have to cut off the ones left and right of the tranny. And relocate the ones at the 4 corners and add 1 at the middle of the frame. This is the samerhing I am doing. Ford used the same frame for 66,67,68

trust me when I say this, use a convertible frame from 66-68. You'll need to add more rigidity to a four door or two door frame because you don't have a roof adding extra support. It's a pain in the a**, so you'd be better off trying to find one of these.
