fishmsihin Registered User Join Date: Feb 2011 Posts: 2	Engine mounts ? How much have SBF engine mounts changed over the years? I am thinking about swapping the 289 in my 66 with a 98 302. I have the 302 out, but have not pulled the 289 yet. I am really only wanting to run the 302 in the galaxy temporarily, and give myself some time to work on other aspects of the car before I rebuild the 289.

lincolndriver Registered User Join Date: Dec 2010 Posts: 6	Re: Engine mounts ? you can use the 98 engine with the mounts from the 289. All the blocks use the same mounting points.
