Ok, so I noticed the other day on my 1961 Galaxie that my right turn signal flashes at about double the rate of my left. I don't think it is a bulb that is out because both rear lights work and I can see it flashing....it just flashes faster.

As I start to remedy the problem, what should I look for? What are the most common reasons for this occurring?

From what I've heard, and it makes sense, is the original light bulbs were like 13 watt, and most common today is 15 watt. So when you shift on one there's a disturbance to the relay, hense the quicker flashing. Some new electronic flasher relays can handle this bu the oem stuff can't. Correct me if I'm wrong.
