Hey all - new member of the forum and new Galaxie owner, fresh off my 20+ year Mustang habit.

I live in DeKalb, IL (Northern IL) and found a 1967 500 Z-code rolling chassis with 67k miles. It's a great platform that was maintained by a racer most of its life ( - thank you to all you racers who care for your equipment, by the way ...)

I picked the car up completely disassembled, just as it came out of the paint shop 15 yrs ago. I've filled up 1/4 of the basement with Gal parts and found I"m missing a dash pad and steering column.

I've done a good amount of research and believe nobody is making 67 repro dash pads.

Does anyone out there have a reasonable dash pad for sale? A steering column? I'd be willing to trade parts.

hi...check craigslist in California, SF East Bay area. Ive found alot of stuff there for my 1967 Galaxie.

Im actually considering making a dashpad mold for that car. seems like alot of us are looking for that part! If i get that far, ill let you know.
