Can anybody guide me to where I could find the vacuum diagrams? I also am having trouble with the 2150 Motorcraft carb. Bogs out and sounds like it is sucking air when I kick it down.

I think you mean vacuum diaphram. Check hose or line from distributor to carb. When you say kick down I assume u have an automatic tranny. Vacuum diaphram might be gone on the distributor, and therefore your distributor will not advance on kickdown.
Also check short hose from modulator valve on side of the tranny, there is a short hose from the modulator to the line going up to the carb, it could be leaking air.
