Attempting to find as much information on the XH XR8.

I know they are simple in design and not much more than any older style ute, but tech information is at times difficult to come across.

Spent lots of time browsing and never seen this site before now. Thanks for the link. In the past I have noticed there is very little info on XH ute and am tring to put as much together as i can.

What I would like to find out is the similaritys with the EL XR8. I see there are no real difference with driveline but what about the Electrics for instance. Does the XH XR6/8 run the same harness as the sedans or is it different, particuarly with the engine management.

What about a ford site or similar which breaks down and identifys later models by the codes/ numbers found on the compliance plate as done in the past with earlier models.
