Well ive just about had enough of everyone getting new XR6's and being faster then me, so i think its time the XR6 went on a new BA XR8 ute, Hahah yes XR8, not XR6 . Now i want an Auto because I do alot of city driving, how long will i have to wait before the Autos will be available?

Also i want this new Harvest Green colour that is coming out, but when will it be available?

Just think about the insurance nightmare you'll have to face insuring a brand new V8 on P-plates.

i currently own a AUIII XLS Falcon ute..
i have 6cylinder syndrome bad..

i have just placed an order for a BA XR8 ute fully optioned in citric acid.

i cant believe you pay $3,000 for a XR6 ute, i got a quote for the XR8 and its less than yours!
it came in at $2,200 for a 18y.o male on P's!

considering i pay $1,200 now for a 6, whats an extra $1,000 for a brand new BA XR8 ute?!


6 weeks for delivery.. if everything goes well

What's an extra $1000 to an 18 who can afford an XR8? YOu haven't got a spare $50K to get this 18 year old P-Plater an XR8 do you?

Before the XR6 i had an EL Ghia for a while, then i got the XR6. Ive been down at ford today and yeah ill probarly be getting an XR6 N/A sedan with 18 inch wheels, premium sound in Congo Green just to be different. Leather interior isnt really worth it, and nor is a sunroof. They are talking about 41 grand on the road with what i want including a UHF and Mobile Phone kit.

They have one on the floor but unfortunately it was a manual and they dont know when they will be seeing their next XR6 N/A.

Had a look at a few other options like a AU Series III Fairmont Ghia in a V8 with full body kit/ 17 inch alloys but they want 52 grand for it. Also had a look at at an NA ute, they had 2 autos in stock, but im not real sure about the body kit, specially around the back it just doesnt look as good as the AU3 one.

insurance companies are stupid!
put an exhaust on your car and they dont wanna know about you, but theyll give you decent rates for a brand new 260kw vehicle!
