I wanna get a bull bar where the original bumper is totally removed, and wraps around to the front wheels.

Anyone know the brand of a good one?

Try somewhere like Bluey's Ute World (or whatever the name is). I'm not familiar with any bar makers in WA, there are a few in the eastern states. For an XF you would probably be best looking for second hand ones (new will be at least $1k) try asking around at ute shows, local mechanics or they also would turn up from time to time in local papers and at clearing sales.
