Its been a long time coming, but i have finally taken delivery of my BA falcon and first new car ever.
Theres a short story behind it that i thought id share with you all, its late at night too so forgive me if i ramble or it doesnt make sense
It all started when the pictures of the BA XR8 were released and i spotted that buldge, and i said to myself i had to have one. The savings started but the XW kept getting in the way and i kept spending money on it. Finally i decided to put the xw on hold and get hold of one of these buldges only to find a block of land for sale at a good price that i couldnt resist, now both the BA and the XW were put on hold, this was 1 year ago.
Two months ago we finished the house and said we better get this ute now or else its not going to happen, so we worked out our budget and finances and said yes we can do this. So 8 weeks ago i signed the papers and started the long wait into owning this Ute, i told no one cos i wanted it to be a surprise to all my family and friends, therefore i didnt even post anything on here about me ordering it as some of them browse the site regularly.
So here you have it after 2 years of dreaming it has finally become a reality.
Couldnt get any good pics as i got home pretty late and it was dark, but it has hard cover, 18' and sports steering wheel. I'll post some better ones tommorro.
Thanks to FF for all the information i needed in helping me buy this now i just gotta save up for the mods
