Has anyone had shifting problems with the heavy duty clutch and Herrod Short shifter fitted? Above 4500rpm I am having to force second to third change. Sometimes under full throttle its difficult to get it out of 1st and into second! Is this normal or any ideas what might be causing this or what can be done?

Just a thought. It might help if you tell us what type of car you have. ie. 1963 Gogo mobile or ie. 1999 au xr6 falcon.
Sorry guys….2004 XR8 Ute 5 speed…I had the 500hp clutch fitted at D&T performance and the Herrrod Shifter fitted buy Ford. Don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I can here the idler gear or bearing rattling when in neutral with my foot off the clutch! The rattle noise disappears when I press the clutch in fully.
This shifting problem seriously slows he changes when under full acceleration…
