G'Day all,
I am really kicking myself for not getting a LSD in my ute and am now wondering whats involved in putting one in now, ie cost & messing around. Any info greatly appreciated.

Were you thinking of changing your centre to LSD or buying a new diff?.
I'm sure you could get a reco diff for around $1200 , or I think around $2500 for a new diff from Ford.
Just call your friendly local Diff shop.
Glad my BA ute was optioned with the LSD , only a few hundred extra .

I dont really know much about diffs but i spose the easiest way would be to change the centre. I'll spose i'll start saving!
