mad new BA Xr8

Hi everybody found this site while searching the net i have had my new BA Xr8 since end of feb 2004 and since then it has spent 22 days in at the spray painters getting paintwork fixed that came out of the factory looking like a kid had put it on with a spray can and also some of that time to fix damage the dealer caused while puting a rope rail kit on whoever put it on nearly drilled clean through the body on the other side from the inside of the tray and they didnt bother to tell me that they had done it i am telling you i was not happy about that one jan anyway most of the paint work is fixed now so hopeing there will be no more problems apart from that it looks great and goes hard

One other question does anyone know if herrod has fixed the heat problems with their exhaust systems as i want to fit a full system to my ute in the near future

Welcome to the forums ufo8mydog, I am glad they got your ute to the way it should had been when you took delivery....

Herrods have a new set of headers out and they have heat guards as well now...enjoy your ute mate....

Re: new BA Xr8

Not trying to start an argument amongst people but some members on here have fitted pacemaker headers an have had great results with them. Try doing a search as there are quite a few threads discussing various exhaust combinations.
Cheers.....Nath
