For the guys that have had MOTOR delivered, have they driven the Pursuit UTE in this edition??

Or maybe Happy Jack can answer this, has any of the media had their hands on it???

They drove a testing mule in the quick drive section.. it gets a 2 piece tailshaft to go un-speed limited.. but i haven't read it in too much depth yet

I was Just wondering if they had anything on the Mustang Cobra RA? I hope they do a test with the pursuit 250 ute against the Maloo. What type of suspension does the pursuit 250 got? I would hope it's better than standard leaf spring watts linkage set up.

Just got home to find my copy of MOTOR in the letterbox..woohoo.

Well I've had a read of the 250kw XR8 Ute mule. They seem to be really impressed with it and a claiming that this will possibly be faster than the T3 sedans. They are saying it could get into the 13's, just need to wait for the proper drive.

Nothing on the Cobra RA, but they are putting up the Cobra against the Monaro in the next issue.

Nothing was said about the suspension setup of the pursuit 250. I think it will be the same setup as XR8 Ute, just tweaked. They say traction will be the problem no doubt, when would it not be with 250kw and 500Nm...

That is good news. I know one guy that is very keen on this ute so he will be happy about this.

Hmmm EF_GuY wan't this two piece tail shaft setup for him wagon. :s5 :s5

Gotta say a falcon ute sniffing 13's would be decent.

None of the Media have had their hands on a production intent car yet. Won't be long now though......she's a little beauty!!!!!

You guys are doing great job David. One suggestion though - how about the front nose off the XR8 Pursuit 250 going onto XR8 Sedan?
