The RTV was on The Car Show. Quite impressive,offroad. The ute you need when you don't a 4wd. On sale next week. Same time as Adventra. Co-incidence ? Why is it taking so long to get the Territory to market ? June 2004. This gives Holden 9 months sale/marketting advantage. If you believe Wheels, it will come 2 and 4wd in XT and Fairmont trim.

From what I've read such as testing "mules" overseas in snow and ice the Territory is having an enormous amount of development time and money spent on it. Things like the newest generation stabilty control take months and months just to calibrate. I don't know if the Holden AWD's were tested overseas and I'm certain none have undertaken the level of development of Territory so I'd rather they bring out something better than average and take their time doing it to avoid any major stuff ups. The BA has come through with minor problems, imagine a car with all new technology in a new body shape needing production line changes as well.

I laughed to myself when Glen was yelling out still plenty of clearance and then the inevitable "clunk bang" as he went through the last wash-out.

All i can say is that the Adventura i saw down Deep Creek Conservation park on the weekend handled some pretty rough tracks with ease. Looking over it an talkin to the driver an seein what it can do, the Territory had better be pretty darn good! The Adventura is a very nice vehical.
