One of my mates, mates is trying to sell me his late 93 xg ute. $6500

Its a 5 speed manual
white
4ltr
alloys (bald tyres)

is this a good deal and what should i be looking out for??

Depending on the amount of kays on it, and the condition of the body, it sounds like a good deal.

Nothing much to look out for really. The suspension is pretty tough. circa 1980's XD-XF series.

The motor is from an EB. Tough old workhorse. Only problems are head gaskets sometimes going.

I sold this one last October for $7250. Had ~ 150k kms, column auto 3 seater. Good cond.

They're a reliable workhorse/commuter with just basic maintenance items that require attending to form time to time.
