Hello , my heater fan does not work in any of the positions i was told its the heater resistor which is located in the passengers footwell but i cannot find it ,..is it supposed to be in the tunell behind the cd player.Thanks

The fault may not be in the resistor, or it may be there and also somewhere else because, the fastest speed should work even though the resistor is broken.

This is because when you use the blower on fastest speed, the current bypasses the resistor and goes directly to the blower motor.

This is the way the switches are connected in Ford fiesta 1996->
