Hi Guys.

I'm new here but i thought it might be a good idea to have a place for common squeaks & rattles fixes, i couldnt find anything on the net which is suprising as i've seen a fair few people moan about the squeaky/rattly nature of the fiesta.

I LOVE my fiesta, its a limited ed and nothing has such a pin-point sharp chassis & steering, but there is a squeak that is forcing me to point where i wanna even consider selling it... i dont want to...at all i love it.

Its coming from what sounds like the right rear (drivers side) and sounds like when u drive through a bush and the branches scrape on the body, a really nasty squeak - its more prominent it seams when its cold.

ANY ideas?

I have tried to dismantle the interior to try spot it but got stuck where i was scared i break the panel and thought i would let ford take a look at the next service but thats a while away and they gonna charge me and there is no guarantees. I think it might be a creak in the suspension bushes...

thanks but mine isnt a knocking noise or rattle - its a squeak like when u scrape something againts the car. sounds like a squeaky suspension mounting or seat ro something... totally annoying
