cardi Registered User Join Date: Jan 2007 Posts: 3	Any tips Hi, I have just bought a 10 year old diesel fiesta for my daughter. It has 83,000 miles. It had been lying around for a while and has no service history. I will be getting a workshop manual soon, I hope. In the meantime. 1. The oil filter looks difficult to get at, is it? 2. Is it difficult to change the timing belt? Is there any way to know if it needs changing? 3. I see it has a mechanical lift pump for the fuel. Is there any other way of priming the system if you run dry. Can it be a problem?
