Just bought a colorado red LX fiesta. got my hands on some 5 1/4 inch type R alpine splits and i want to put them in the front. firstly is it easy to make them fit ??? and secondly how the hell do u get the bolts under the door off and the plastic cover near door handle off. i tried unscrewing the bolts underneath but it didnt do anything. do they just pull out or what? i was going to get a flat head screwdriver and try to get the little cover off but i dont want to cause any damage to my car :| is there an easier way to get the cover off????
please include good instructions on how to get front door covers off. thanks!!!

the cover must be get off.
be carefull with the screwdriver, make sure you put it just behind the cover ,because it is to mistake it with the plastic layer of the door cover.
the bolts at the bottom are exactly bolts:unsrew and pull.
so you have to unscrew these two plus 2 torx 25 bolts behind the small cover and one on the handle.
then just pull starting from the front bottom side and continue pulling the rest.
nothing brakes excect maybe the top triangular cover behind the side mirrors if you push it with the clips not totally in place.
then you need an adaptor for the 5x7 hole in order to fit the 5" woofers. If their cone excursion is more than 5mm you may need something to increase the space between the speaker and the cover.
