Just got the mk6 fiesta LX in sydney. just the basic with air con. great thing to drive.
thinking of doing something to do. see if anyone can help me here.

1. anyone know of a dealer who can give good prices for accessories? I am thinking of adding the factory kit on it.
2. anyone installed a BMC CDA filter on one of these?
3. anyone know a good exhaust that can increase performance with not much noise? I saw Janspeed had one, but didn't say much on the web.

New to the channel. found out that this is great.

I have a BMC filter fitted. These are a bit tricky to fit if you don't know how the airbox comes off. You need to undo that 2 bolt and then just pull it off clips. Thne undo about 9 bolt on the bottom.

An catback can be made by just about all tuning stores (look for mandrel bent). Extractors can eother be imported from the UK or custom made, just looks at prices for both. A 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch system would be around the size.

I have not had an exhaust done. But an looking at doing it at sooner rather than later. For a whole system I got quoted $1600 from hitech mufflers.

hey my names Mitch, im 18 yrs old. just bought the Fiesta LX today. absolutely love it. Heaps more torque and top end than my old mitsu mirage which had a few mods done to it.
i read that you were talking about filters. i went to my local car performance shop and asked about K&N filters and they didnt have anything for the fiesta. im sick of being pulled over by cops for defecting cuz of pod filters etc..so ive decided that i want a panel filter. what brands are there, or if not are there any other K&N filters that are the same size that could fit in my air box?

BMC make a panel filter for the fiesta. I got mine from AutoSpeed for $143. Taking off the airbox can be tricky and I am writing up a How-To.

I have ordered a BMC CDA carbon pod box for my LX. will tell you the results later when i installed it.. BMC cda boxes are great the noise is stunning. my bro had one on his clio and the note sounded great. performance wise the dealer in uk said 3-4kw

I just got some rims for my mk6. but for budget reasons, just got 15"'s to replace the steel wheels. CDA boxes with installations are quite expensive, as the wiring for the air flow meter had to be readjusted. best performance is to take air from under the headlights. CDA boxes are 550..i ordered mine from www.eagleday.com for around 380. if u don't mind the wait for 2 weeks. Anyone know who will sell eibach or spax springs in sydney?

does anybody know how big the standard exhaust on fiesta mk6 is???
im guessing about 1.7 inch??

I don't know how big it is but I was quotes $1600 for a whole system including extractors.
