I have a T reg Fiesta 1.25 - recently I've had a problem that when I drive the car really hot air blows out of the air vents (even if I've got the settings to cool air) and the dashboard on the driver's side gets very hot, almost too hot to touch. The temperature guage does not move, and there is no smell or smoke so I don't think it's an electrical fault. I took the car to a mechanic who tested the temperature guage and various other things and secured a radiator fan which had become displaced... but the problem still continues. Has anyone had a similar experience? Or can you suggest anything to solve the problem?

Hey,

I have the same problem, when the car is running the heating blows through so hot. If i switch the engine off the heating will eventually blow through cold air, but it then won't blow through hot air.

My car is the Ford KA but I think it uses the same engine as the fiesta.
