fordfiesta1998 Registered User Join Date: Dec 2008 Posts: 1	Ford fiesta 1998 1.25 zetec sendor/sensor fault?? Good afternoon all, I have a problem with my fiesta in that the coolant gauge is constantly stuck on HIGH. even when i turn the car off the gauge still reads high. I am confident that the fan and cooling system works fine, as have driven it far with the needle stuck on Max temperature for a while now.. Ford told me to buy a sensor switch from them which i did and have replaced that and it has made no diffrence at all. I noticed that when the sensor switch was out of the engine, the gauge was still on max level (high) is this normal? does anybody have any ideas? please note im a relative novice at diy!
