Re: Ford fiesta keycode

Hi Helen,
You need to look on the back of the radio itself, it needs to be pulled out of the dash. There is a tool to do this, you can use 4 small pieces of wire (about the size used on thin metal coat hangers), push into the 4 holes (2 at each side of the radio) and then pull the unit out.

Regards - J

Re: Ford fiesta keycode

Greetings, I need a code for my Ford Focus 2006 radio. The radio serial number doesn't start with M, L or C. The serial is: AHT007299. That is the only number I can see in the radio sticker. It's is below a bar code and it's between *, especifically: *AHT007299*.

I'm from Venezuela, SouthAmerica. Please!, can you help me?. I have seen most serial numbers start with M, L or C. This is very strange.

Re: Ford fiesta keycode

The reason they have a code is to stop some barsteward fooking off with your radio. Can I suggest everyone go through the proper channels ie producing their vehicle documents to a dealership or similar to prove ownership, and paying for the privelige. For all we know, these are all stolen radios!!
