i have bought a 99 t reg ford ka 80,000 miles there is a problem with the clutch on it basically you have to pump the pedal a few times and the clutch is there then after a while it goes to the floor pump it up again and its back its does not slip any suggestions on this ?

First thing to do would check fluid level and top up if needed .If not could try bleeding system. Could be master cyl . or slave cyl needing replaced .

its had a new master cylinder perhaps it needs bleeding then ? it feels like theres air in it how do i bleed it is it easy to get to ?

Easiest way is to top up tank , get someone to pump pedal slowly whilst you open bleed screw on slave cyl . that is after you have fitted bleed tube and immersed same into some fluid in a jar or like . Bleed until clear of air bubbles .Normally when you have to bleed clutch it indicates a leak , possibly slave cyl . if as you say master cyl has been replaced. Hope this helps.
