I need to know how to remove the interior front door panel of the KA once the screws have been removed.

All you have to do is pull the pannel slowly so that you will not break the clips. The pannel is attached to the door using the push buttons or clips

I'm not familiar with the KA, some of the newer Fords, once you remove the screws, the panel pulls straight up to remove. The older ones pried out from the bottom, then up, once free from the clips.
