hi everybody! my first post.the car is a n reg 96 fiesta and the problem i have is the heater blower/fan only works on 3 an 4 not 1 or 2 i have a feeling its a ballast resistor or something under the dash somewhere or is it sumat else thanks.ps the clock and interior light packed up about the same time.

Most likely the switch as when the resistor goes, generally you only get speed 4.
