on my MRK 4 Fiesta the blower will only work on level 4 and it only blows cold air (even when set to blow hot air) has anyone had this problem befor and if so could you please advise me on what to do!

I have the same problem on my Ford Ka, Did you manage to resolve the problem ?

i had the same problem on my wife KA.. it turned out to be a connector on the heater blower resistor which is locater in the passenger footwell, near the centre console around toe height.. there was a bad connection (looked like a short) when i cut off the shorted connector end and replaced with female spade connectors it worked fine..
