Hi peepsI'm new to this forum so please be gentle with me! I have a fiesta encore mk4 and the heater blows warm air regardless of where the hot/cold dial is indicating, does anyone know if this is an electrical fault or something else? your help would be much appreciated as this is really doing my head in during this warm weather!

Thanks Fordtech. I have followed your advice and it seems the heater valve is a common fault on a fiesta, will try and pick one up from a scrapyard or order one online and give it a go myself, again many thanks!
Would just like to say a big Thank You to Fordtech. your diagnosis was spot on! ordered a 'heater valve' online and went to fit it myself but the one i was about to replace was non existant! just two pipes connected by some copper pipe and jubilee clips!!!! but chanced my arm since the electrical connector was there and it works again thanks mate
