Lightbulb Help Ford Fiesta
HI I HAVE A FORD FIESTA 1.4i P REG 1996 ZETEC S ENGINE .
I HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN CAR IS STARTED IT IDLES AT NORMAL AND THEN REVS KEEP DROPPING TO 200 THEN BACK TO NORMAL.
ALSO CAN FEEL THIS WHEN DRIVING(ACCELORATING)ALSO WHEN SLOWING DOWN AND PUT MY FOOT ON THE CLUTCH THE REVS DROP AND ALMOST STALLS THE CAR.
CAN ANY ONE HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM PLEASE.

Get a diagnostic run on it to see what codes are present.

Yea mate i had exactly the same problem on my 1997 1.4 si 16v fiesta, turned out to be the idle control valve, cheap and easy to replace.
