Hey, i'm new here...so i don't know where i can find help on this...

I got a fiesta 2 weeks ago, it's got a tape player....no good. I want a cd player, i've got one of those adapter things, but it's just the fascia, not extra fittings. how do i get an aftermarket stereo to fit? (i've got ISO connectors too).

Failing that, where can i get a ford cd player for cheap (not ebay, that's ridiculously expensive)

I'm not 100% sure what you mean.
just tear out the old player, wire up new CD player and put it in.
Front speakers - find these and trace em back, same with rear speakers if they are there.
Power - Red, usually, this is switched ignition
12V constant - purple or yellow permanent 12V
Black - Ground

The new CD player will tell you where to join these, join with small connectors or just electrical insulation tape.

It doesn't need to be a ford CD player.

the ford player i've got is one of those large "2 din" jobs. you can't put an aftermarket unit in it without having a fascia of some sort...
