Ka Door Adjustment

Hi all, I have a 2005 reg Ka that has had a new passenger side door fitted. It is a very poor fit, if you stand looking straight on at the door it looks as though it needs turning in an anti clockwise direction (there is a small gap at the top right, and bottom left hand corner, large gap top left, bottom right) The door is also sitting too far into the car, instead of being flush with the front wing. Can anyone please tell me how to adjust it so it sits right. Thank you.

Re: Ka Door Adjustment

Hmm doesn't sound too good, maybe it's had more than just a door as the door to wing alignment isn't adjustable. For the other problem the striker (on the b pillar) needs to be taken up a tad.

Re: Ka Door Adjustment

Thanks for your reply Fordtech. Have had the car from brand new so I know for a fact that it has not been in any other accident. My local garage fitted the new door (not very well as I've said) the old door was the only part damaged by a lorry bumper, underneath the door handle.
