Hi, my wife has a T reg Ka that has gradually lost power over the last few weeks. The Ka will only go about 15 mph up hills and needs to be dropped down to 1st or 2nd gear. I have checked the obvious but cannot find the cause. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem may be?

try looking in the european ford owners club thread. The KA is from europe so hopefully u can find your answer there.

i just checked out the euro ford club, i hadn't seen it before. sorry but there isn't much info there at all. it wasn't what i thought it was. My girlfriend has a KA and it makes a few noises here and there, but havent had massive loss of power like u have
