KA Problem! - Ford Forums

Hi Guys & Girls
I've got a bit of a problem with my KA. I've had to replace the screw/bolt covers on the rear side window as they've rusted. I got the replacement covers from my local Ford dealer but now I've got them off I can't get them back on...Anyone got any tips/suggestions on how to do it without breaking my window!

They're a really hard fit. I normally use something plastic covered with a rag so the covers don't get scratched. And lots of pressure but no hitting.

Try warming them up, it may help.
