Hi, Can anybody tell me what the size of the nut of the spark plugs fitted to the Endura engine are? I need to buy the tool.

Another thing. I've read quite a few horrific stories about spark plugs snapping in the head. Should I soak them in easing oil for a couple of days before trying to undo them?

14mm plug socket size, and yes they have a nasty habit of snapping off in the head, although most times are retrievable with an extractor tool. Soak em and then tighten a little first, then slacken, then tighten etc bit by bit until they feel loose enough to run out.
