Hi
Have just bought 2006 Fiesta 1.25 Style for the wife. Lovely little car but has got a very irritating body rattle from the nearside. Sounds like the door striker plates need adjusting to pull in doors tighter but they are not adjustable as cars I have had in the past were. The hatchback striker plate is adjustable but have done this to no avail. Any ideas before I put it into the dealer.

A common cause of rattle is rear seat catches. Solution is to put a strip of insulating tape round bar where catch hooks onto .
