Got a 02 fiesta 1.25 last week. starts fine but 50 metres down the road it starts to make a loud whistling noise. this will stop if i touch the brake. this noise goes away once i've accelerated but it is annoying. anyone any ideas on what it could be? Thanks

turns out the car was fitted with new brake discs which need to be worn down a bit. Just in case anyone else has the same problem!
