hi , i hope someone out there can help me ,
i have a 1994 fiesta with cfi engine.
one evening i got n my car , started it , put it in reverse and the engine stopped.
i checked the spark , ok but plugs dry.
i checked fuel inlet to pressure regulator - ok
i removed fuel injector and examined , looked ok , i put the injector back ,
i tried to start car , this time it started but it runs very erraticley
, it does not really idle and not at a specific revs it varies up and down.
i have tried disconnecting a number of the sensors whilst running but the engine runs no differently.
could i have a faulty injector ?
oh by the way i have fitted new plugs as well.
