A Racing Fiesta isn't as good as it sounds
Hi,
I have a 97 P Fiesta 1.25LX. Excellent second car but recently the engine has started racing like mad when I start it up. It's like a problem with the automatic choke?
When the problem first started I used to dip the clutch (even in neutral) and it calmed the engine down, but now I've got to drive about half a mile before the revs take it easy. It's starting to get a bit embarrasing at the first couple of lights I reach (oh and the driveway in the morning).
Anyone came across this,?
Easy problem to fix?
Get rid of it?
