Question Smoke around Lambda sensor

I;ve smoke around the sensor on the exhaust manafold, I think thats called the Lamda sensor, does anyone know why this would happen?

It's a 98 Ford Ka, unfortuntaely I dont know the model.

Possible oil or coolant leakage onto the manifold.
