Stock Fiesta Mk6

I'm a new member and have just bought a new Fiesta Mk6, and needless to say I am looking to bling it up with a skirts, spoilers, alloys... you name it!

The one thing that I am stuck on though is alloy size and offsets, I want to lower it by 40mm, baring this in mind does anyone know what the maximum is that will fit on a Mk6 without any wheelarch reconstruction? Or where I could find out?

I am also looking for the RS bodykit for the fiesta, I heard that pumaspeed had bought one out but I can't find any info on it...?

Cheers,

Re: Stock Fiesta Mk6

ok firstly youd be better with a -35mm drop, it looks just as effective and only rubs wen your on full lock downhill, then a set of 18's should fit nicely without arch work, with work you can fit 19's but 18's look great

Re: Stock Fiesta Mk6

Cheers for the advice, I was only going to put 17's on it, but if your sure 18's will fit I'll give it a bash. Do you have any ideas on the width of them, I'm looking at 205, but was thinking if 225's would fit on, but then would they rub on the arches?

Re: Stock Fiesta Mk6

Couldn't tell you about offsets, but if you take your car to Halfords or somewhere they could tell you, and I'm sure if you just told them what alloys you wanted to put on there i.e. mk5 zetec S, and the size of them along with the fact you've got a mk6 they could tell you whether they'll fit.

I know for sure they can tell you the maximum offset you can have on your car, and then you just work backwards then and find out off manufacturers what the offset is for the alloy in question and roberts your mothers brother!

Hope that was some help.
