stuck steering wheel - Ford Forums

Hi everyboy,

My old fiesta's steering wheel gets stuck even the the key is in and I pull it from side to side. Its an old basic fiesta 1995.
Any ideas how to get it unstuck, it just remains locked?

Is it also hard to turn the key? It could be that the teeth of your key are worn?

Hi thanks for reply marc but thats not the answer unfortunately.

I've tried three different keys. The steering wheel just does'nt unlock.

anybody........help...?

You haven't really said.... can you turn your ignition key??

Your right sorry.
Yes i can turn the key but not completely cause the steering is stuck.
