Re: swimming plugs

There's a problem with washer jets leaking onto the cylinder head on these; you need the latest jets with seals, plus I'd be changing plugs, leads and coil pack as all are affected and if not addressed can also blow the PCM.

Re: swimming plugs

took the car in today and told them what i found on his forum about the leak from the jets, they didnt know of such a thing , but then rang ford in england and they told them to go ahead and fix the car for free. they changed jets for the new type and changed the plugs, so very happy i found this forum and your great advice fordtech.
