Re: Will the Focus 17" 7 spoke rims Fit.

When the dealer fitted my 16" factory alloys they accidently put tyres with one profile to high on the car. These rubbed on the wheel well liners at the rear of the car.
Once I got them to replace the tyres with the correct profile they no longer rub (not much clearance though).
Noting the above, I would not expect the 17" Focus wheels to fit without altering/pining up the wheel well liners.

Re: Will the Focus 17" 7 spoke rims Fit.

OMG! listen to yourselves! There's plenty of aftermarket wheels that will fit the Fiesta mk6...in the UK that is i don't about the US system though or whatever!
The Focus 17's will 100% fit and will not rub even with lowering about 40mm.
I have the ST170s and these i know will fit nicely, but wiating for my lowering springs before i fit them. You can fit 18's on MK6 with no problems at all and with lowering. Simhopper did 19's but i think he had arch work done as he was lowered about 100mm on full adjustable suspension kit.

Re: Will the Focus 17" 7 spoke rims Fit.

i thought i posted the other day, was gonna ask if you have a diff set up over there, cos 17's would go on piss easy. 18's you can still drop 35mm easy.

Re: Will the Focus 17" 7 spoke rims Fit.

if you go for 18s stick with a 42/45 offset on a 7" wide rim do not go for a 7 1/2

this will allow you to drop it 40mm will no problems at all go for a 215/35/18 tyre

if you go for a 19 ypu have to drop it atleast 60mm it may sound daft but if you stick a 19 on a 30mm drop if nearly rips the bumper off go for a 60mm+plus drop and with a few mods ull be fine

Re: Will the Focus 17" 7 spoke rims Fit.

I work at a dealership selling these puppies... in Australia... we sell the Fiesta 16 inch rims for the Focus thus the reverse is also true. The diameter of the overall wheel barely change so the 17's do fit onto the Fiesta with the identical stud/lug pattern. I reckon the Fiesta 16's are a good swap for a set of Focus Zetec 16's, but the 17's are only marginally dearer through Wheel King in both Sydney and Melbourne. The 17's would look bloody awesome on a Fiesta, as would the ST170 rims!!!!!
