Select the body creating a mask, then use a new adjustment layer either Color Balance or Hue Saturation and have a play with it.. Best thing with using the adjustment layers is you can as it sounds go in and adjust at a later stage.
If you do adjust the layer without a new adjustment layer you are actually performing the change on the original image and it makes it harder to revert.
